All orders placed through our website are subject to a processing time of 7–14business days (this does not include weekends or potential delays). This time is required to prepare and customize your unit before it is shipped.
Estimated Delivery Times (Once Shipped):
• UK (Domestic): 3–5 business days
• International: 5–7 business days
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
Please Note:
Once your package has been shipped and handed over to Royal Mail, we are no longer responsible for any lost, stolen, or missing parcels. If you experience any issues, we highly recommend contacting Royal Mail directly to file a claim, as we are unable to offer refunds or compensation for such matters.

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages:
After your order is shipped, we no longer have control over the delivery process. If your package appears lost or missing, we recommend opening a claim with the shipping courier.
Refund Policy:
We do not issue refunds for packages marked as “Delivered”. If your tracking shows your order has been delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact your local post office to open a claim.
Tracking Info:
